In addition to our US operations, we offer secure data processing and hosting in the EU and China, both with dedicated Relativity instances and on-site support. All data is stored in state-of-the-art data centers in Atlanta, Stockholm and Shanghai, with ISO 27001, SSAE16, SOC-1 Type II, SOC-2 Type II, ISAE 3402 Type 2 and GDPR Compliance certifications. The data centers are monitored by the industry’s best cyber breach software and hardware in addition to a dedicated Relativity Database Administrator.

In 2019, LitSmart was honored as the winner of the Relativity Innovation Award - Best Law Firm or Corporate Solution for its development of the LitSmart® AutoTasker, a fully integrated Relativity application that automates previously-manual tasks. In 2020, LitSmart was honored as a finalist for the same award for its LitSmart® AutoReporter, a fully integrated Relativity application that provides real-time reporting on saved searches.  In 2018, LitSmart was honored for its development of the LitSmart® Shipping Tracker, a tightly integrated shipping solution that delivers data, tracks its location and manages shipping costs, all within one application. In 2017, LitSmart was honored for its development of the LitSmart® Exhibit Sticker, a fully integrated Relativity application that applies exhibit stickers with the click of a button. In both 2015 and 2016, LitSmart was honored for its development and implementation of LitIntake and the upgraded version, LitIntake 2.0, an e-discovery project management tool that seamlessly integrates with Relativity and the firm's finance and communication systems.
