About

Kyle Riveral is a Project Manager with Kilpatrick Townsend’s LitSmart® E-Discovery Team. Kyle provides guidance to attorneys and clients on all phases of the EDRM, project planning, budgeting, and technical issues regarding e-discovery. Kyle also provides support to the team’s Senior Project Managers by assisting with data collections, data processing, developing complex searches, managing document reviews and preparing productions.

Prior to joining the firm, Kyle held positions as a paralegal and legal supervisor with a law firm in New York City where he managed the day-to-day issues that arose in matters related to creditor's rights and debt collections primarily for major banks, credit unions, finance companies, and real estate. He has a strong understanding of legal processes, interdepartmental coordination and workload delegation. He also has a high technical acumen, having managed and improved various technologies utilized to extract and manipulate data.
